Automatic Rotary Peeler with Stable Performance for Cassava & Potato Starch Production

Rotary Peeler is an integrated machine with double functions of peeling and sand removal. While peeling tubers, it efficiently removes mud, sand and impurities on the surface of raw materials through countercurrent water flow, without additional sand removal process, simplifying the starch pretreatment process.

While driving the raw material friction and peeling, the countercurrent water flow flushes the mud, sand and impurities on the surface of the raw material into the water, and discharges them with waste water from the drain. Peeling and sand removal are completed synchronously without additional sand removal equipment.
